Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  3. After requesting an exchange, if the replacement item is also broken or incomplete, a refund will be processed.

Refunds typically take 7-9 business days to process once approved. If your refund request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send back the item.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval or without following the exchange process will not be accepted.
